You can buy credits from us in one-time packs or as a monthly plan.
1. 14-day refund window
Unused pack: if you have not used any credits from a pack,
you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Partly used pack: within 14 days of purchase, we refund the
unused credits in proportion to the price you paid. For example, if you used
300 credits of a 1,000-credit pack, you get 70% of its price back.
Monthly plan: you can cancel anytime from your account and the
plan will not renew. Within 14 days of a monthly payment we refund that month in
full if none of its lookups were used, or pro-rata for the unused lookups.
Service problem: if the service did not work for you because
of a fault on our side, tell us and we will restore the affected credits or
refund them — your choice.
2. What is not refundable
Credits already used for successful lookups — the digital service has been
delivered. (Failed or empty lookups never use a credit.)
Free credits given at sign-up or as a promotion.
Monthly-plan lookups that expired at a renewal or when the plan ended.
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, except where the law requires
otherwise. Unused pack credits never expire, so you can keep using them.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@myshortaddress.com from the address you
used at checkout, with the order number from your payment receipt. We reply within
5 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of
approval, and your bank may take a few more days to show them.
The refund includes the VAT you paid, and refunded credits are removed from your
balance.
4. Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Saudi
E-Commerce Law and other consumer protection law that applies to you. Saudi law
lets you cancel within 7 days if you have not used the service; our 14-day window
covers that and goes further.
5. Accounts under a signed agreement
If your company has a separate written agreement with us, the refund terms in
that agreement apply instead of this policy.
