Most customers don't know their Short Address, and some type anything just to finish checkout. But every customer can send their location — and that is all you need.
How it works
- Your customer sends their location on WhatsApp, or a map link from your checkout.
- Open it in Google Maps, copy the link and paste it into the box above — or paste the coordinates.
- Copy the Short Address — 4 letters and 4 numbers, like RCDA6608 — into the order in OTO, Torod, AyMakan or your courier's form.
You also get the building number, street, district, city, postal code and additional number, in Arabic or English.

If a location has no Short Address — a road, a car park, empty land — no credit is used. Move the pin onto the customer's building and try again, or ask the customer for their national address from the Absher, Tawakkalna or Sehhaty app.

Questions and answers
Does it work with OTO?
Yes. OTO asks for the customer's Short Address in the delivery address. Get it here and paste it into the order — the same works for Torod, AyMakan, SMSA, Aramex, J&T and any other courier. MyShortAddress is independent and is not affiliated with these companies.
My customer only sent a WhatsApp location. Is that enough?
Yes — that is exactly what this is for. Open the location, copy the map link and paste it above. You never need the street name or the district; they come back with the result.
What if the location has no Short Address?
Only registered buildings have one, and no credit is used when nothing is found. Tap Show buildings, move the pin onto the customer's building and look it up again.
