Many couriers in Saudi Arabia ask for the national address on shipments. Customers often don't know their Short Address — but they can always send their location.
How to do it for each order
- Ask the customer to share their location on WhatsApp.
- Open it in Google Maps and copy the link.
- Paste it into the box above and copy the Short Address onto the waybill.
