How to copy a location link from Google Maps
- On a phone: open the place or drop a pin, tap Share, then Copy link.
- On a computer: click the place, click Share, then Copy link — or copy the address bar.
- From WhatsApp: open the shared location, tap it to open it in Google Maps, then Share → Copy link.
Paste the link into the box above and press Find Short Address.
What you get
- The Short Address — 4 letters and 4 numbers, like RCDA6608
- Building number, street, district and city
- Postal code and additional number
- The full address, in Arabic or English
If no Short Address appears
A Short Address belongs to a registered building. Roads, empty land and car parks don't have one. Tap Show buildings on the result, drop the pin on the nearest building and look it up again.

Does it work for any location?
It works for locations in Saudi Arabia. Only registered buildings have a Short Address, so roads and empty land don't have one.
Is it free?
You get 20 free lookups when you sign up. After that you buy a lookup pack once — there is no monthly fee. See pricing.
